I couldn’t make to my appointment so i called to ask if i can cancel, yafa said okay but she was upset which i totally understand. Now i am denied to get any appointment with her. This is not a high school where you can give cold shoulder. Be professional a little bit. I give you business not getting free service from you!
Worst ever. Wish I could show the condition of my face. I went wax my facial hair, on website which was showing $20 but they charged $40 saying that the website is old. When I wanted to talk to the receptionist, she asked me to talk with the lady, who was gonna wax, when I asked hard, she literally went to the reception. Okay, no problem. But what I got, my face burned. They literally burned my face, upper lip. Also, weird shape brows. Moreover, not all of my facial hair has gone. A lot of hair is still left. Worst ever experience. No recommend at all.
Nicole, did an outstanding job on my hair. I left feeling confident with my cut. My hair looks shiny and full of life. I highly recommend her if you want to book an appointment.
